The sixth »International Mendelssohn Summer School Festival « will be taking place this year from September 4th to the 17th. Renowned artists will give master classes for violin, viola, violoncello and ensembles at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg, a historic mansion beautifully located on the banks of the Alster lake. Nightly concerts given by the participants and instructors will compliment the many master classes.
